Since 1990, Jeff has been actively selling both industrial and commercial heaters and systems for JMH. He has an in-depth knowledge of electric heating applications and "Closed-Loop" systems. He currently covers West Tennessee and portions of Kentucky.
Jeff is married to his wife Debbie, and is the dad of six (yes 6) loud and crazy kids. He is involved in his local church and loves spending time with his family, turkey/deer hunting, and backpacking.

Matt grew up in the business, starting in the electrical panel shop during his teens and college years, designing and building heat control systems. This early experience has given him a unique and keen understanding of complex heating & control systems. In 1996, he became the Mississippi outside sales engineer and now also handles the South Alabama and East Arkansas regions. Matt is married to his wife Kate, and is the father of two active teenage boys.
When he is not out visiting customers, Matt is spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, camping, and backpacking. He is also active in the Boy Scouts of America as an Assistant Scout Master with Troop 48.

David graduated from MTSU with B.S. in Industrial Management Technology. He joined the JMH team in 1994 as Outside Sales, covering Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama. He is an expert with in-depth knowledge of heating systems and controls in both Industrial and Commercial applications. David is married to his wife Gina and has two sons. He loves to travel, the outdoors, and listens to live music.

With over 25 years’ experience in sales of thermal process equipment, complete systems sales and commercial heating products across multiple industries, Jack has the expertise to help solve tough applications. Jack loves the outdoors and is involved with the Boy Scouts, enjoys camping, time with family and friends, and chasing his grandchildren around. Jack covers East Tennessee and Southeastern Kentucky.

Patrick joined the JMH team in 2006. He graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He has a strong knowledge-base in industrial and commercial heating applications, with over 15 years of experience. Patrick is married to his wife Lisa and has two sons. He loves hunting, fishing, fantasy football, regular football, and jamming on the guitar.

Lisa joined the JMH team in July of 2021 as Office Manager and Inside Sales Support. She is responsible for streamlining administrative transactions and purchasing procedures to insure excellent customer service. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, cooking, watching movies, reading, and attending concerts. She also keeps busy with the activities of her two sons and daughter, and their two lively cats.
